Congo - September 2019

Created in 1997 by university officers and villagers, the non-governmental organization Mbou-Mon-Tour (MMT) supported by Man and Nature, works in environmental conservation and local development in DRC. The bonobo is considered by the local community as a human who has taken refuge in the forest. The implementation of conservation and awareness actions by MMT reinforces its protection.
